Diversified augmented reality and AI technology company Nextech AR Solutions Corp has announced new enhanced features for trade show managers and event professionals in the newest update of its event app.
The company’s app combines the current MapD event management solutions technology with ARway, an AI-powered AR Navigation platform with a no-code, no-beacon spatial computing solution.
Nextech3D.ai is working towards becoming the sole provider of what it claims to be a first-to-market technology that could garner a significant market share in the $50 billion global events industry.
New features with AR integration
The apps’ new features are currently available to use for event managers and professionals with more features set to release later this year. Some of the features include:
A mobile-enabled exhibitor management that’ll allow event managers to easily manage their exhibitors through the app, an in-app push notifications that organisers can use to direct notifications to communicate with attendees, including a real-time attendee tracking which tradeshow managers can use to track attendee movements in real-time using no-beacon technology from ARway.
The app also comes with an AI-powered networking feature that’s set to be available in Q2 2023 which will include improved networking features as well as an AI-powered matchmaking algorithm that suggests connections between attendees based on their interests and industry.
In addition, the AR integration with ARway will bring AR features that could make the event more interactive and engaging, allowing attendees to use their smartphones to access AR features such as 3D product demonstrations, virtual tours of the event venue, and more.
All tradeshow managers that use the Map D Homebase event app can now access the new features.
