Brots has announced a new partnership with Venly the NFT and blockchain platform. Brots itself is a blockchain startup company established by content creators and musicians, with the partnership bringing together two brands that are guided towards building greater accessibility for new and existing blockchain users.
This accessibility issue in the blockchain is an important one, as Venly highlights in its announcement. “Currently, not more than 0.2% of artists are able to live exclusively off of their music.” Bringing together a blockchain / NFT provider and Brots’ community of musicians and artists spells a stronger drive towards accessibility and new avenues for monetisation within a notoriously tough industry.
