Eight Metaverse Companies Merge To Create Futureverse

The Futureverse aims to create an open and scalable metaverse infrastructure

Eight metaverse companies are merging to create a collaborative web3 ecosystem, Futureverse. Futureverse aims to improve the Web3 and Open Metaverse experience and is the result of five years of strategizing, researching and developing to build a foundation on which to create an open and scalable metaverse infrastructure.

The company was co-founded by Aaron McDonald, Shara Senderoff, Marco Brondani and Daniel Gillespie. Futureverse is the result of merging the following companies:

  • Altered State Machine, chief AI protocol for AI-powered metaverse and game characters and content.
  • Non-Fungible Labs, a creative and engineering studio that designs avatars and world environments
  • Sylo, developer of the Sylo protocol
  • Centrapay, digital asset payments SDK, which allows for Web3 payments in popular global payments networks.
  • Centrapass, decentralized digital identity protocol/SDK and decentralized asset custody protocol developer
  • Immersve, a multi-chain payment protocol  Mastercard® product that bridges web3 and metaverse infrastructure
  • Shadows Interactive, an LA-based Animation Studio that created the Party Bear collection.
  • Altered Phoenix, a game development studio

“A lot of companies are telling you that they’re building the future. We are not,” says Senderoff in a press release. “We believe that the future is a collective vision. The future is the only truly decentralized idea. Futureverse proposes a more virtuous model for the internet both in values and technology, designed to shape what’s to come and who controls it together.”

Futureverse Reveals Ecosystem Trailer

The company also revealed an ecosystem trailer that displays one of its metaverse environments. Futureverse’s trailer shows off a beautiful 3D world full of robots and animals. The Futurverse runs on The Root Network, a decentralized blockchain network that vertically integrates identity, communications, payments and AI tools.

Futureverse is already in strategic partnerships with FIFA, Authentic Brands Group, Muhammad Ali Enterprises, Snoop Dogg, Timbaland, Keanu Reeves as well as Alexandra Grant. In addition to the upcoming FIFA AI League football game, boxing title Muhammad Ali: The Next Legends and metaverse ecosystem FLUF World are also part of the Futurverse.
