Infamous killer doll Chucky is the newest Killer to step into The Fog in a new Dead by Daylight Chapter. Players of the popular horror game can now try to survive the night with the Killer Doll on their watch from November 28th.
Behaviour Interactive has collaborated with Universal Products and Experiences to bring Chucky to Dead by Daylight. Players brave enough can experience new gameplay mechanics that the beloved ‘Good Guy’ introduces to Trials in the limited-time public test build on Steam.
Jason Guzzo, game designer on Dead by Daylight said, “Like a tiger on the prowl, you’ll only ever know where Chucky is on his terms; terms that usually involve a knife and his many weapons of choice.” He adds such a fun flavour of jump scare to the game, and his voice lines are a darkly comedic twist to the gameplay of Dead by Daylight. Players can personalise the Killer Doll with a range of outfits including The Good Gal attire – inspired by Tiffany Valentine, aka the Bride of Chucky, and voiced by Jennifer Tilly, this ensemble breathes life into Chucky’s significant other.

Equipped with stealthy manoeuvres, Chucky is a formidable adversary, employing his Slice & Dice ability to swiftly lunge forward and assault unsuspecting Survivors. While his stature poses certain challenges, his human form, Charles Lee Ray, manifests as a spirit to aid him in capturing Survivors and disrupting their actions while they Vault or Repair.
“It’s a character that I never thought we could bring into The Fog because of his size,” notes Mathieu Côté, head of partnerships for Behaviour Interactive. “The team has outdone itself to prove me wrong. Players are in for a treat – Chucky in Dead by Daylight really is the unmissable multiplayer horror gaming experience.”
The Dead by Daylight: Chucky Chapter will be available on all supported platforms on November 28th.
