Horizon’s The Beyond Programme Now Available To Esports Creators

The programme aims to support and nurture creators in career development and commercial opportunities

Creator-first esports organisation Horizon Union has launched The Beyond Programme, a new initiative designed specifically to support and nurture creators.

The creator economy has seen rapid growth over the last two years and is currently worth an estimated $104.2 billion, with the number of global creators estimated to be around 23% of the global population.

This growth has also produced opportunities that allow creators to monetise their content effectively. However, a significant number of them operate as freelancers and require greater investment in career development and access to support facilities typically available to contracted employees.

Kieran Wood, co-founder and operations and commercial lead at Horizon says, “At Horizon, we are committed to ensuring that creators have access to professional resources, benefits and support to help them progress as entrepreneurs while maintaining their autonomy and identity.”

Supporting creators worldwide

“The development of the Beyond Programme has been a key project for the team over the last year. We are delighted to be bringing to the market a programme that makes us, as a business, accountable for nurturing talent across the creator community with full transparency,” adds Wood.

Horizon’s Programme aims to provide Horizon’s creators with a range of creator-led benefits and customised packages that cater to industry trends, development requirements and revenue-generation opportunities. The provisions are designed to support creators at various stages of their careers.

Within the program, creators also have the opportunity to advance through four distinct tiers: Sunset Bronze, Sparkling Silver, Sun Gold, and Beyond Platinum. Each tier offers a variety of tailor-made services, including mentoring, content strategy development, work-life balance support and business strategy coaching, among others.

“Over the coming months and years, the creator economy is set to continue to grow exponentially. This was the perfect time for us to provide creators with a servicing product that is purposefully made to factor in both the growth and wellbeing of their careers and, most importantly, hold us accountable to delivering a unique service.” adds Wood.

The Beyond Programme is now underway and is accessible to creators across the globe. Interested creators can apply to join the programme from the official website.
