Web3 notification platform Yoz Labs has raised $3.5 million to build a scalable messaging notification system that’ll allow developers to send instant on-chain notifications to users.
The startup describes itself as a Web3 platform that aims to make it, “Easier for crypto developers and projects to bring notifications to users wherever they are.”

It’s a platform that’s designed to simplify user notification by offering a, “Low-to-no code interface” that simply requires the signing of a smart contract. Afterwards, users can integrate Yoz notifications into their dApps, projects, or protocols within minutes. “No SDK required to integrate. No UI to build.”
Unlocking the next tier of consumer adoption
Yoz Labs founder Will Liu said in an announcement, “Notifications have been such a powerful tool in building best-in-class applications. As crypto gains more traction, you can argue that notifications are a prerequisite to unlock the next tier of consumer adoption.”
There’s also a built-in subscribe interface that provides a good user experience. “On-chain events automatically trigger tailored notifications sent to users via their preferred delivery channel,” the platform wrote.

The round was led by early-stage venture firm Electric Capital and included several Web3 investors and angels such as Collab+Currency, Coinbase Ventures, Dapper Labs, Form Capital, North Island, Mike Krieger and Naval Ravikant.
