Blockchain-based platform Multichain has partnered with Web3hub, a platform initiated by G-Rocket Accelerator to launch a three-month Web3 Global Acceleration Program.
The newly launched program is aimed at accelerating cross-chain application projects as well as building a MultichainVerse (MV) that will unite all crypto ecosystems.
So far, the program has a funding of $10 million with Multichain receiving an initial funding of $1 million. The program’s objective is to support promising projects by offering them financial incentives, technological support, and global acceleration, allowing them to reach their full potential and establish a presence in Hong Kong more easily.
The program comprises notable partners from the Web3 space including Avalanche, Conflux Network, Cronos, EOS Network, Fantom, Horizen, IRIS Hub, Kava, MultiversX, and WEMIX3.0. The cloud service collocation partners are Tencent Cloud and AWS.
An era of expansion in the Web3 sector
Backed by the Institute of Web3 Hong Kong, both Multichain and Web3Hub have brought together the aforementioned key partners from mainstream blockchains, cloud service and media to collectively lead its success.
Multichain provides financial backing of $1 million technological assistance, and ecosystem support within its integrated network of 88 chains and over 3,500 cross-chain bridges.
Web3Hub facilitates the arrival of Web3 companies from abroad to Hong Kong by offering on-site services, investment acceleration and technical collaboration. More than 300 Web3 firms have either sought advice from or directly established their presence in Hong Kong with the assistance Web3Hub.
The move from Multichain and Web3Hub is expected to establish the groundwork for a fresh era of expansion in the cross-chain applications as well as the Web3 sector.
