New Ralph Lauren Location To Accept Cryptocurrencies As Payment

Miami Design District fashion store will be the company’s first branch to accept a variety of crypto including Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH)

Fashion brand Ralph Lauren is moving one step closer to reaching its goal of integrating digital platforms with its physical stores. The famous fashion brand will open a luxury concept store in Miami’s Design District. This will be the first Ralph Lauren location to accept cryptocurrency as payment. Customers will be able to pay for purchases with various cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). Paying for in-store purchases with cryptocurrencies is possible due to the clothing company partnering with BitPay.

To celebrate the opening of the Design District location, the company is partnering with Poolsuite on the Ralph Lauren x Poolsuite NFT. All current members of the Poolsuite community will receive one of the NFTs, which will unlock access to a special event. Poolsuite Grand Leisure collection holders will also be able to update their avatars with Ralph Lauren styles.

Store To Feature Interactive Screens

Ralph Lauren’s new 4,135 sq foot location features a sleek design that takes inspiration from waterfront homes and yachts. Additionally, a mural featuring a reinterpretation of the Women’s Collection Spring ‘23 campaign will be painted on Miami Design District Museum Garage Wall to honour the store’s location.

“Palm trees and eternal sunshine,” says Ralph Lauren in a tweet. “Welcome to #RLxPoolsuite. For the first time, @RalphLauren celebrates Miami’s vibrant energy in collaboration with @Poolsuite.”

The store will also feature interactive digital screens for customers to view products across North America. In addition, consumers can use the screens to book interactive styling appointments and integrate their wishlists. Ralph Lauren’s Design District location will launch late this month.

Ralph Lauren and Roblox

The renowned clothing company is already familiar with digital platforms. Last year Ralph Lauren launched a fashion line in Fortnite. Likewise, the clothing company partnered with Roblox for a holiday event in 2021.
