The first Web3 Creator Summit will happen on June 7, 2023, and will include various individuals who are redefining entertainment and art design. The summit, which takes place online via Airmeet, features speakers such as LegatosLabs founder Steph Guerrero and saxophonist and Nifty music co-founder Nifty Sax. Indie-pop singer and songwriter Josh Savage and IrishNFTGirl will also speak at the event, with additional speakers being announced later. Wishu, a company that aims to empower creatives in web3, will host the summit.
According to the Web3 Creator Summit’s website, conversations at the event will focus on creative innovation. Additionally, attendees will learn how to leverage the Web3 space. After the summit, attendees will receive a link to download recordings of the various talks. The event will offer live polls and Q&As allowing those attending to interact with speakers.

The Web3 Creator Summit will begin with a talk on the future of decentralized social media in Web3. A discussion about Web3 and the music industry will follow. Other topics to be discussed at the summit include getting funding for NFT projects, monetizing in Web3 and building an inclusive metaverse.
In addition, the Web3 Creators Summit will host a creator’s panel and networking session. Those interested can purchase a ticket for £20.00 on the event’s site.
Music in Web3
The Web3 music industry is growing exponentially. Napster made its Web3 debut late last year and recently acquired Mint Songs. In December, Animoca Brands acquired a majority stake in the music metaverse Pixelynx. Similarly, Mastercard announced its Web3 Artists Accelerator Program for Emerging Talent, which allows select up-and-coming artists create in Web3.
