The streaming giant continues to expand its exclusive video games catalogue through 2023

And yes, the game is based on MGM Television and Netflix’s series and will be available to play exclusively on Netflix Games after it launches sometime in 2023.

This will be the third game from Tilting Point to make its way to Netflix’s growing collection of games after SpongeBob: Get Cooking! and Narcos: Cartel Wars Unlimited. As part of a strategic partnership, Netflix subscribers will get access to these games in addition to their membership with no ads and in-app purchases.

Kevin Segalla, Founder, and Co-CEO of Tilting Point stated, “The Vikings franchise was the perfect IP to develop a strategy game with Emerald City Games as part of our ongoing relationship that brings new titles to Netflix. We are looking forward to providing an incredibly rich and rewarding gaming experience for Netflix members.”

In Tilting Point’s Vikings: Valhalla, players will take their place as leaders of fearless Viking clans and build formidable settlements across the lands. As their following grows, they will wage war and expand their influence across the continent.

The first season of the hit Netflix series was a success and a second season is scheduled to premiere on January 12, 2023.
